App update rejected due to In-App purchase dialog

Hi Everyone,

I have monthly and yearly subscription purchases in my app to remove ads. Recently, I have updated the app to add an onetime purchase plan. But, the new update was rejected due to "Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions" rules. Stating the in-app purchase dialog should have the following information

– Information about the subscription in your app's binary:

• Title of publication or service

• Length of subscription (time period and content or services provided during each subscription period)

• Price of subscription, and price per unit if appropriate

You can find the rejected in-app purchase dialog box at https://imgur.com/OqzHUef and I have modified the in-app purchase dialog box to https://imgur.com/atZtTLy in my upcoming version to fix the violation issue.

I need a few suggestions before submitting the new version of the app,

  1. Is the above in-app purchase dialog change enough to fix the stated 3.1.2 subscription violation?
  2. Is there any guideline that prohibiting the developers from using both subscription and non-consumable purchases on the same screen?
  3. Would you suggest any other better way to fix this guideline issues?
  4. Also, I have got the "Guideline 5.6 - Developer Code of Conduct - We noticed your app attempts to manipulate customers into making unwanted in-app purchases" warning. The purchase flow is a simple dialog to let the users select an ad-free version. Is this warning simply to accompany the above 3.1.2 guideline violation or am I doing anything else wrong in the dialog screen?

Thanks for your time and looking forward to the community feedback on this issue.

Regards,

Venkat.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are available from the App Store for __________.

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

• Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of the free initial one month subscription will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Please select one of the auto-renewable subscriptions below.

It cannot be inserted into a UIAlertViewController - it must be presented modally.

It is unclear what the 5.6 concern is referencing - it is not your failure to include the text. It could be how the App Store believes users would interprete your "both subscription and non-consumable purchases" dialog and product offering.
