Communicating Problem using the Apple Private Email Relay Service.

We're facing the problem on sending emails to the AppleID's masked private email address i.e. "xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com".
Some emails are successfully relayed to the target end users, however sometimes not...
Our service is using a Japanese cloud based Mail Relay Service "baremail" (https://baremail.jp), instead of maintaining our own mail server.
[our service] --> [baremail] --> [apple's private email relay service] --> [enduser]
We have a good communication with baremail's support team.
We are closely working together and discussed if we might have missed some important setting... but we could not find yet.
Of course, we appropriately registered Apple's pre-configuration "Configure Sign in with Apple for Email Communication".
And our SPF Record status is GREEN as well.
Some of the emails are successfully relayed and transmitted to the enduser as we expected.
And therefore, we believe our configuration itself is correct.
But some emails are not...
Could anyone advise us any points we should check to confirm this issue?
