Hello,
Thank you for your resubmission.
After further review, we continue to find that the previously communicated issues persist.
Firstly, we continue to find the following issue:
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name "Denta Mitra" in the app or its metadata, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the Denta Mitra name. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. If your client does not yet have an Apple Developer account, they can enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer website.
To request an update to the company name or entity type associated with this Apple Developer Program account, the Team Agent will need to contact Apple Developer Support to request an update to the company name. On the Contact Us page, select "Membership and Account," then "Organization Name Change" to make this request.
Note that submitting documentation showing permission to publish this app on behalf of the content owner or institution will not resolve this issue. This app must be submitted under the content owner’s own Apple Developer account.
To request a fee waiver for nonprofit organizations, accredited educational institutions, or U.S.-based government entities, follow the steps outlined on the Apple Developer Program Membership Fee Waivers page.
Additionally, we continue to find the following issue:
We noticed that your app claims to take health measurements using only iOS device sensors, which is not a functionality these device sensors support.
Specifically, still Scan teeth movements through camera in the app.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please remove any unverified health measuring functionality from your app that uses the device sensors.
Alternatively, you may submit documentation in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect that clearly discloses data and methodology to support accuracy claims relating to these health measurements. If the level of accuracy or methodology cannot be validated, we will reject your app.
The first part seems to be that App Review has decided that the app is being published by a company named 'Dentra Mitra' and that the account does not belong to a company with that name. You may need to create a company account under that name. Alternatively, yu could try tpo convince App Review that this is a personal app, not a compnay app. Key to that is any trademarks and copyrights in the app - they would have to be owned by you personally rather than you as a company.
The last part of that rejection is mor substantial:
Alternatively, you may submit documentation in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect that clearly discloses data and methodology to support accuracy claims relating to these health measurements. If the level of accuracy or methodology cannot be validated, we will reject your app.
It seems App Review is not convinced by your being a certified public health practitioner that the health measurements you are making in the app have been validated. App Review does not want users of the app to rely on a particular measurement unless that measurement has been validated. As a certified public health practitioner I'm sure you appreciate their concerns.
