Hi,


I have some issues when submitted an app.

I got Binary Rejected with reason

"During our review, we found that your app still only shows a blank white screen upon login and does not progress beyond the white screen"


I use React Native that ejected from Expo.


Already test on real device and simulator with debug and released scheme.

Already test on Test Flight.


And all of them was worked normally.


But, when it comes to review, they said only shows a blank white screen.

It makes me confused.


Any other recommended solution?

Natieva, you should start by ensuring you're actually running the same version of the app in Test Flight as you're sending for review.

You should also check any assumptions you might have in your app about what data is expected to be on a device, network or server availability, etc.

You may want to review TN2431 - App Testing Guide, which highlights several areas that trip up developers. It doesn't mention every possibility, but it provides a high level overview of things to think about that might cause this type of issue.
