Changing my plan from Individual to Organization

The Account Management support page indicates that you would need to contact Apple Developer Support directly (calling them is probably your best bet based on my own experience though - the link includes numbers for many countries).

"Can I switch my membership from an individual to an organization?

Yes, if you are the founder/co-founder of the organization. To start the conversion process, please contact us. You may be asked to submit business documents to verify your company's identity."

So have your LLC documents to hand 🙂

Apple will ask the OP to send their official documentation via fax. No other alternative.
