Huge delay after Developer Release

Hi All,

I've recently had an iOS app approved that was flagged as Developer Release.

Shortly after the approval, I triggered the manual release of the app to the store assuming, like previous releases, the app would be available in the store after 2-or-so hours.

It's currently been 24 hours and the app still isn't visible in the store (an update to an app, not a brand new app). No issues are being reported in iTunes Connect.

I've spoken to other developers who have worked on other applications, and they recently had a 2 hour turn-around.

My questions are;

- does anyone else have this issue?

- is there anything I can do?

- should I try and contact tech support at iTunes Connect?

Normally it's not an issue, but when you try and time it with a marketing launch as well, things can get a little hectic.

Thanks in advance.

I seemed to be able to resolve this by going into iTunes Connect, disabling the app for all countries, and then emmediately (once I had received push notifications of the change) re-enabled all countries again.

Seems to have woken something up that was sitting dorment.

same issue here...

but where can i dis/enable the app for countries???

i can't find any menu/dialog entry to do this :/

Edit: Solution found 🙂.. countries in prices.. omg

I had the same problem and resolved it using the method described by roycable. 🙂
