Manage free program's Certs, IDs, & Profiles

Hi,

I have signed in into XCode with my appleID to involve in free program. Then I have created iOS Developer certificate using accounts tab in xcode preferences. Then I have created an app with id as 'com.burakkurkcu.someappname' and xcode created provisioning profile for it automatically. But then I needed to test game center and I have enrolled into paid developer program. Now I have two lines shown one with Free and one with Agent in both iOS and Mac columns when I look into xcode 7's accounts tab in preferences. I can see certificates and provisioning profiles seperately for both. And when I try to create and app ID over Certs, IDs, & Profiles (https://developer.apple.com/account/overview.action) it shows up an error:

An App ID with Identifier 'com.burakkurkcu.someappname' is not available. Please enter a different string.

It seems like my free program certifications and ids are still active. But I couldn't find anyway to manage/revoke certifications or IDs of free program. They haven't merged into Certs, IDs, & Profiles and I am stuck with this and urgently need to solve this problem.

Best Regards,

Burak

I'm not sure Registered Apple Developers (the free program) are allowed to access signing assets and App IDs. Maybe you need to look into the paid Apple Developer Program.

Yes they aren't so I enrolled into paid program also. But earlier xcode somehow managed to create explicit id over free program. And now I am enrolled into paid program but can't see anywhere to delete the App ID created with free program to recreate with paid program.

same problem. any solution?

No, it's really stupid not to be able to manage those over xcode. In paid program you can select and revoke your identity. But in free program's details you have nothing to do. Nothing shows up on Member Center too. I have downloaded Xcode 7b5 to see if they solved but sadly no.

Are you solve this problem now?

Did you end up getting any solution to this? Its a big problem for me.

I faced the exact same problem.

Is there any solution to this? Has Apple solved this issue?

Please help.

Hi, I have the same problem. The free dev program showed me a provisioning profile for my bundle identifer so I'm totally sure that it is a unique identifier not used by anybody else. In the paid dev program I was able to revoke my provsioning profile and it should have been expired yesterday "expire: 10-30-2016" but today I'm still not able to use this bundle identifier though it's nowhere to be found in XCode, Certs&IDs&Profiles etc.

So is there somewhere a solution to revoke a provisiong profile and use that bundle identifier again?

Did anyone figure this out?? Please help. thanks!

This thread is a year old...why not just bite the bullet and start your own thread, instead, so we can deal with current info and not have to filter out what's gone since, etc,
