I can´t receive an app transfer on iTunes Connect

´m trying to receive an app transfer on my iTunes Connect account, but I can´t be able to do that, because the form to accept the transfer is throwing me this error:

The phone number must be in a valid format. Preface the phone number with ‘+’ followed by the country code (for example, +44 844 209 0611)

I try to capture the phone number in so many ways, but is impossible to continue.

An anyone happens this? And how solved it?

Same problem here. The app we are trying to transfer is available globally. Is anyone having this issue with an app just available in U.S.?

Great to see I'm not the only one. I thought I was going crazy or my numbers had problems. When I tried their +44 number and it didn't work, I knew it's gotta be on their end. Since most replies are within these few days, perhaps it's a relatively new problem?

yes i send screenshots to apple developer support 2 days ago i hope they fix it soon.

Just had the same thing as well - Apple wasn't able to provide a timeline or any additional information. Provided screenshots as others did, but transferring an App is not working.

God **** amatuers, can't even handle a simple regexp check.

The problem is solved. I just made a app transfer 🙂
