New App Reviews on iTunes are Broken

I haven't had a customer review in almost a week. It appears that the facility to leave a review is broken.

Me too Jeremy. Some customers gave me feedback about some apps and hadI noticed me that they gave me ratings that haven't appeared yet. I can tell you that the reviews were done on 14th/15th, and still they're not displayed

Do you have any update or futher thoughts on that? I released an update to my free app in February 2015 and during the first day I had 55 reviews just to wake up to the second day seeing 45 reviews being deleted by Apple. Now I released (Sept 2015) another update and I just have 5 reviews during a week, all from day 1 and 2 of an update, having 1 million of users that updated the version and 10k a day still updating.


All those 5 reviews that I got are longer than just "Great app!" and I used to have a lot of short ones. So I'm wondering if Apple don't just filter out reviews upfront. It would be quite discouraging for the free app, as those are only reviews I'm getting as a reward.... And I'm now missing them. Without reviews it looks like users don't even need/appreciate updates. But this is the first time I see them keeping silence.
