I noticed that with iOS9, Wallet (Passbook) now has 'Automatic Updates’ and ‘Show on Lock Screen’ switches off by default.
I hope this is a bug that can be fixed and not a new feature ?
99% of users never touch these switches - it will make it very difficult to send Pass updates or allow Location / iBeacon alerts to be used if these switches are ‘off’ by default ?

I installed iOS 9.1 beta 4 (13B136), too. Same Bugs as before. Automatic updates disabled by default und Apple is calling the webservice not correctly (DELETE instead of POST)

The cynic in me suspects this is bug being deliberately overlooked.
Given that UIWebView and WKWebVIew still do not natively support .pkpass files, most barcode deployments provide a terrible user experience. If Apple creates a problem for pass issuers, then maybe they will stop barcode campaigns.
Can't think of any other reason why such a serious, but trivial to fix bug would be left hanging for so long.
This bug is now fixed with iOS 9.2 beta 1 .. hooray!

Oh, can't believe that has happened again! Some nasty bug nobody from Apple has addressed through several releases. And also, this complete silence on their own Passbook forum...
Hire someone who does care about all this Wallet/Passbook thing at all! Hire me or folks in this thread!
For almost 4 years we've been seeing Passbook as completelly overlooked app. We've been strugling so hard to add some value to Passbook among retailers, putting the pre-installed app and out-of-the-box push notifications as a top benefits to utilize passes instead of plastic and other apps. However, bugs like this and missed functionality many developers are requesting are almost always out of the scope for the Company.

OK, just updated to 9.2 (13С75) and the bug is fixed.
