I had my iPhone 6 Plus swapped out at an Apple Store, did an iCloud backup first but when I try to restore from iCloud backup to my new phone I just get an error that says "cannot restore backup"
I have tried every available backup and get the same error. I am running 9.0 (13A4325c)
Please help.

Scratch that, the solution I posted would only have worked for an iTunes backup. You didn't happen to backup to iTunes too did you?

I did have an iTunes backup of the device before I went over to the public beta but that was saved on my PC and the hard drive on that died last week!!
I had this issue in an earlier beta - neither iCloud nor iTunes backups would restore to the device - the error was that the backup was "corrupted or incompatible with this device"
The only soliution I found was to put the phone into Recovery Mode, get back to iOS8.x, then update to iOS9 from the full .ipsw file, and restore to an earlier backup. Bug report filed
Do you know where I can get the full ios9 .ipsw file?
