how to upload ios 9 target app

Hi,

I'm trying to upload an app with target iOS9.

When I uploaded the zipped '.APP' file, I can an error: "invalid package. Applications built with SDK 9.0 or later must be packaged as proper IPA files".

Afterwards I uploaded an IPA file, it was uploaded via application loader, however then I got an email specifiying that I should use a zip format (also tried to rename the IPA to zip, or compress it)


how can I make it? Thanks

Devs cannot distribute via the store for iOS 9 yet.

I still cannot submit the new binary after Sep 12.
