What happens to existing TestFlight users when transferring an App?

I'd like to transfer an app to another account that I have, and I understand that TestFlight must be turned off the for transfer, but what happens after the transfer?


If I turn TestFlight back on in the new account, will all the existing TestFlight users for that app still be able to use the app? Or will they have to be re-invited and click through the iTunes TestFlight invitation email?
