You selected the wrong kind of account (or you're trying to use an existing account of the wrong type). You have to create a separate Apple Developer account to do app development.
Thank you your answer! I can log on my apple developer correct by my appleid. I have paid $99 for my account developer. But can't log on itunesconnect correctly
p/s: I bought a dev ios account before, and I can log on itunesconnect by that account normally!
I also cannot logon my itunesconnect account. I got the error message "Unable to process request". Did you get the same message?
