iPhone app "No Longer Available" on iPad

I released an iPhone app in April. Some users downloaded it to their iPads. As of a few days ago those users are getting the message "<App> Is No Longer Available" when they try to run the app, and it's not visible on the App Store. Everything still seems to be OK for iPhone. This is a problem, since the app accumulates historical data on-device. Has support for downloading/running iPhone-only apps on iPads been withdrawn?

Did you figure out the issue? Please do share your findings, as we're experiencing similar issue. Thanks.
