Is there a reliable way to get the cookie store of a WKWebView in iOS 9?

I am finding that i can't see all of the cookies that are available. I bring up my page in Chrome and i can clearly see the cookie i am trying ot access but when i print the cookies in the shared cookie storage inside my app it doesn't see it.
