iTunesConnect: "Unable to process request"

Hi. Since a few days, I am unable to login to iTunesConnect (despite being able to login to every other dev resouces, members center etc).

I get an interesting error message:

"Unable to Process Request

Your request could not be processed. For additional help, send an email to"

... and yes, there is no email address attached (I've also checked the page source)! Anyone in the same situation? I'll try to call Apple on Monday.

Hi, does the error page look like this?

For us it is just the other way round. Everything is working, but not the Member Center...

I have the same problem and here is a screenshot of the messege.

Everything is working but only the iTunes Connect does not run.

We have the same problem from The Netherlands, any reactions from support?

Currently experiencing the same since Friday September 25th. Anyone had any progress on this issue yet?

I'm having the identical issue. Unable to log into itunes connect for a few days now. I've emailed apple but no response yet.

Currently experiencing the same error, but I'm able to log in. The error accurs only on Version info page of my new app, but several others work ok. Emailed Apple, no response yet.

Same issue here when trying to access a versioninfo of an app that was uploaded recently and which is currently "waiting for review".

I tried several things:

Cleared browser cache

Used ikognito mode

Used different browsers

Sent an E-Mail to Apple (no response yet)

Probably this will be fixed once the app's state changes to "In review"...

Mark.

I used RMConnecter to update my app version info and now everything works.

Can you elaborate on this. Maybe post the steps you took?

Try this:

  1. Download app metadata using RMConnecter.
  2. Edit metadata in RMConnecter (I've added one letter to the description).
  3. Re-add all screenshots (I''m pretty sure this step solved my problem).
  4. Save, Verify and Submit it.

Thanks. Did not know this tool existed but found it on GitHub. Not something I think I would use, but good to know it is there.

I have this same problem from The Netherlands as well. Did it ever start working for you again?
