Test Flight Issue - trouble adding new internal testers :(

Hi all!

I'm really trying to get things working with test flight now that it is integrated with iTunes connect but I am running into some issues adding new internal testers. If I try to ad an internal tester, I get this message - This email address is already associated with an Apple ID. After you add this user, they can use this existing Apple ID and password to sign in to iTunes Connect.

Everyone I invite will obviously have an i-Device of some description so they would most likely have an Apple account as well. So am I supposed to ask them to create a new apple account just for testing??

Any ideas how I can get this working? I think I'll just do the old ad-hoc builds, but it's a shame because TestFlight used to be really simple

Hi Petey,

I don't believe that message is telling you that you cannot add that person as an internal tester with that email, it's just informing you that the email address is already registered with an Apple ID. I remember encountering that message myself as well, but I was still able to add the person as an internal tester.
