D-U-N-S Lookup service unavailable error

Hi


I have an company in Hong Kong, and I want to enroll to the Apple Developer program.

In order to enroll, I need the D-U-N-S number.

I fill every field countless times over a period of a week the form provided by

https://developer.apple.com/program/enroll/dunsLookupForm.action


In all attempts, I always receive the following error message: "

We're sorry, this service is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.

"

When will be this service available? Or is there any way to acquire D-U-N-S number?

I also attempt using "http://www.dnb.com/get-a-duns-number.html", but it clear states that for getting D-U-N-S for Apple Developer it must be done using "Apple Website"

There is the traditional 'Contact Us' via iTunes Connect, or try calling Apple Developer Relations:
