I just installed the GM for El Capitan, and it appers that the two finger tap (not click) is no longer working on the external trackpad? I used to be able to just two finger touch the track pad and it would bring up the context menu. Now I have to actually click the trackpad with 2 fingers?

In System Preferences > Trackpad > Point & Click Tab > Secondary click does the option "Click or tap with two fingers" not exist? It does for me on the GM.

Found it. Have to ALSO enable tap for single click else the TAP option on 2 fingers does not show up.
That's true. Your trackpad settings must have got reset on you for some reason.
