Why can't I download 9.0GM?

The GM is not available to Public Beta testers. If you're a dev then what's happening when you try to download from the developer page? Are you being sent to your AppleID account?

I am registered as a developer. I sign in and go to the download pages but nothing takes place after that. The only download button available is to the top right When I click it, it just reloads the mage.

Does it say:

Sign in with the Apple ID associated with your Apple Developer Program or

Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Not a member? Learn more

under the big iOS 9 GM seed? If not, what does it say?

You won't be able to post a screencapture - links to non-Apple domains automatically kick the post into moderation. You'll have to de-link-ify it somehow.

Something similar happened for others earlier in the betas. A report came back that after getting in touch with the Developer Account Support team they were sent a link in an email that bypassed the verification problem.

And now every time I check my phone I get the following: A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 9.0 beta. Each time I try it says my software is up to date.

It's probably offering you iOS 9.1 beta - you don't want that if you are wanting to simply update to the final release of 9.0 on Wedneday, because a downgrade won't be available to you - you'd have to restore thorough iTunes, wiping your device, to go back.
