We are developing an app for the farmers in Denmark who is delivering pigs for slaughtering.

Every farmer got an account, when they are submitting data into the app. The whole production system is being planned according to the data submitted in this app.

right now the app is submitted for internal test through TestFlight, with a URL pointing at our erp development environment, and Apple got an account for testing.

when the app is finally developed we are planning to change the URL to production and submit the app for review to App Store. The problem is now that apple still need a demo account for testing purpose. Our external auditing does'nt allow non-personal account and if apple are going to submit data in the app. it will mess up the the whole production system.

Does any one know if it is possible to submit an app for app store review, without providing login credentials?

From all that I have experienced you will get rejected if you don't provide credentials for an app that requires credentials to work proberly as they basically can not review anything.

What you need to do is probably flag an account as test account and ignore entries of this account for productive uses. Also I guess you need to do that anyways or you can never test the real production system.
