On Xcode 7 I keep receiving error "No account with iTunes connect access"

When I try to submit my app with the new seed Xcode 7.1 beta (7B60) I receive a weird error by which it complaints that there is "No account with iTunes connect access", while of course the account is there and kicking as you may see in the linked screenshot. I already had to delete all my profiles and restore them again in order to be successfully codesigned, now this. Please tell me how I may fix it.

I also tried entering a new techical role following a hint on StackOverflow, apparently now needed. But that is all but ignored when I try to submit the app.

As I was gently informed on StackOverflow, the issue in XCode 7 is that you need to create a new user and assign it the technical role. That is the user from which the submission must be done, not the account by which you acces iTune connect.

In my particular case I also had the problem of trying to submit the app with Xcode 7.1 and viciously that produced the same error.

Same here. Perhaps server issues? 😕

Same here can't upload any new build

Same here -

Using Application Loader: The application you have selected does not exist.

Using XCode 7.1 GM: No account with iTunes connect access

Same here also.

I've tried on two seperate machines with two different users as well.

Tried the following

deleted users and re-adding users via preferences,

updating the app (added, then removed a capability), and re-generated the provisioning profiles

Setup 1

El Capitan

xcode 7.0.1 (never installed any beta version)

Setup 2

Yosemite

xcode 6.4

For setup 1, it behaves as above - I can't upload via xcode, or the application loader.

For setup two, when I use the upload to app store, it says "The application you have selected does not exist"

So, it seems likely this is a server side problem for apple

I'm not even on 7...didn't change anything in fact...and I am having the same issues with the Application Uploader.

Seems to be working now.

However, you need to create a new distribution provisioning profile specific to the TV App Store.

However, stuck at uploading API usage to iTunes Connect.

In the account info (as shown in your PNG) Go to View Details and make sure you have the Developer ID Application and Developer ID Installer checked. That allowed me to submit.

I was getting this error message (and later another one) after updating to Xcode 7.1 from the Mac App store. But uploading suddenly started working about a half hour later. Must have been a temporary ITC glitch.

Working now...no changes on my end.

The "Technical" role does not exist... I have admin, legal, etc. But there is no way to add "technical".

Ditto here. Also the Admin has lost the Technical role.

This must be a recent issue.

Update: iTunes Connect has (recently) changed the roles. Technical is now called App Manager.

Since Xcode 7.1 keeps aking for a Technical role, an update to Xcode 7.1.1 may solve the issue

Update #2: Xcode 7.1.1 solves the issue and accepts the new App Manager Role

I was seeing this issue last night (haven't checked since) and I was already set as default (one person on the account) as the app manager. Are you saying you were not preselected as app manager? I was able to successfully submit using Application Loader though.

I have the same problem and nothing seems to work. I have been invited by a client to both iTunes Connect and the Apple Developer Portal. In both cases, I am an Admin. In iTunes Connect, the Admin role includes the technical "App Manager" role. I am unable to upload to the App Store. Does anyone have any insight here. I am running Xcode 7.2.1 from the Mac App Store, not beta.

I attempted this, but I get the following error. The trouble is, I am an admin in both the Apple Developer Portal and iTunes Connect. It may or may not be relevant that my Apple ID is associated with several iTunes Connect accounts for each client.

You are not allowed to perform this operation. Please check with one of your Team Admins, or, if you need further assistance, please contact Apple Developer Program Support.
