Hi,
We are on the way to publish 2 apps - one for Android, one for iOS.
The app is free with free content and for commercial content users have to subscribe.
The apps are connected to a DB on our server (the apps have a web-frontend also) which manages the subscription expiry and so on.
We know that we can not charge with anything else than through iTunes (or Play store in android app), so in each app, the only payment method is the app's.
But users can/could also purchase a subscription on our web app though credit card and so on. (this is conform with apple's policies, right?)
Now the question is: Would it be against the rules to have higher prices for subscriptions inside mobile apps to charge the user for part of Apple's fee's?
Example: 20 euros for a year if the user purchases on the website and 25 Euros if paying through the apps and paying through itunes/play store.
thanks
