Replacement due to faulty hardware?

Does anyone know how to get a replacement Apple TV Devkit ? My hardware is faulty - the USB-c cable will not push all the way into the conenction - it only pushes about half way in and falls out. Does anyone know who I should contact about this?

Please contact Developer Support: https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone.php

I just received my AppleTV Devkit and it also does not contain a USB-C cable. It only contains a regular USB lightning cable.

Where can i get the correct cable?

Browsing through the apple.com shop i only find USB-C (male) to USB-A (female) cables (so you can connect USB devices to your USB-C Macbook).

I am having this same problem. I bought a USB-C cable today and when I plug it in I get:

"USB Devices Disabled. Unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices"

When I flip the USB-C cable around it clicks in but I get nothing. The support call center is currently closed so I can't call them. Has anybody found a solution to this?

EDIT: After reading another thread, I was able to update my apple tv simply by choosing the "check for updates" option on the apple tv itself. It still doesn't show up in iTunes, but it shows up in xcode now and has the latest beta installed.

Locally, I found one 3 footer at Frys. Nobody else had them (not radio shack, not best buy, not any of the mobile stores, not any of the business stores like staples). Online, you can get them at Frys.com and Amazon (among others).
