Upload limit reached

I've looked around the Internet and on these forums, and I cannot find a place where anyone has ever reported receiving an "Upload limit reached" message from Apple while submitting apps through Xcode.

We have over 550 live apps, and they all need to be updated for iOS 9. We have been submitting updates at a pretty steady pace since 9/16, and last night, we started receiving these messages:

Dear developer,

We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "<app name>". To process your delivery, the following issues must be corrected:

Upload limit reached - The upload limit for your account has been reached. Please wait 1 day and try again.

Once these issues have been corrected, you can then redeliver the corrected binary.

Regards,

The App Store team

I have looked through all of the agreements and cannot find any mention of an upload limit. I have also sent an email to appreview@apple.com and have not received a response.

Has anyone else ever encountered this? Can anyone shed any light on what we can do (other than wait 1 day and start over)? Is there any place where this limitation is documented?

Years back, one dev was finally jumped on when they pushed over 900 apps to the store. Apple apparently doesn't publish a hard upload limit number to they can interpret such 'abuse' on the fly.

Thanks for the response. I don't know how "abuse" would be defined here. We've submitted about 350 apps over the past 7 days.

Right. Only App Review does, and they're not here 😉, but a crap flood of apps certainly won't escape their attention, I'd think.
