Cant upload to AppStore with Xcode 7

I archive a binary with Xcode 7 or the application loader, then I validate the binary and when i try to submit to the App Store, I get the following errors:

- Could not make parent directory for: /Users/DEC/.itmstransporter/softwaresupport/bin/Frameworks/MZXMLMarshalling.framework/Resources/Info.plist

- Could not configure software support.

- An exception has occurred: /Users/DEC/.itmstransporter/softwaresupport/bin/Frameworks/MZXMLMarshalling.framework/Resources/Info.plist (No such file or directory)

- The session's status is FAILED and the error description is 'failed to open ssh session. (16)'

I think it could be something about xcode 7 or ios 9 because i didnt have this problems before.

Does anyone could help me?

I have been getting the same error with Xcode 7.0.1:

The session's status is FAILED and the error description is 'failed to open ssh session. (16)'

Seems to be a network issue (ssh) and the fact that I can upload from my home network.

I've used the Network Utility and it appears as if these are open:

itmsdav.apple.com:443
contentdelivery.itunes.apple.com:443
idmsa.apple.com:443

However, I am not entirely convinced.

Also I've tried Application Loader using only DAV transfer protocol and get this:

An error occurred uploading to the App Store

I've also tried setting https.proxyPort = 80 located in:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/java/lib/net.properties

Nothing seems to work. All of this started after upgrading to both Yosemite and Xcode 7 (about 2 weeks ago).

I tried installing the old version of XCode 6.4, but I get the same errors. Still can't publish

After quite a lot of time, I have an answer that works for me. I had tried both Xcode 7.0.1 and the Application Loader v3.2 that is part of Xcode. Still having preferences set for DAV Transfer Protocol only, I downloaded Application Loader v3.1 from iTunes Connect. Go to Resources and Help then to the bottom and View Tools. The link for Application Loader 3.0 actually downloads 3.1, but that worked for me.

It worked for me after disabling firewall on my computer Xcode 7.01 Application Loader v3.2

The solution posted earlier in the thread (download Application Loader 3.1 from the Help & Resources>Tools page) worked for me, at least, it uploaded the build. Waiting to see if it gets through "processing" state on iTunes Connect now...

I tried olso with application loader 3.1 (https://itunesconnect.apple.com/apploader/ApplicationLoader_3.1.dmg) but the problem is the same...

It did not for me, unfortunately; I still get the same generic error and the following details from the Application Loader:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter: line 171: [: Loader.app/Contents/itms/java/lib/rt.jar: integer expression expected

Error occurred during initialization of VM

java/lang/ClassNotFoundException: error in opening JAR file <Zip file open error> /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/java/lib/rt.jar
