hello. i am running the current ios 9.1 Beta and i want to have the public release 9.0. what should i do? i already leave the beta program but theres still no changes. help please.

There is no way back without wiping your iDevice in the process. However, if you have a backup that is from before 9.1 that you are happy to go back to then you can restore to that after you are back on iOS 9.0. It is possible (i.e. don't bank on it) that a 9.1 backup will also work as a restore point once your phone is back on 9.0.

Knowing that, are you sure you want to continue? I can post steps if you need them.

I accidentally installed iOS 9.1 beta on my iPhone 5s. I meant to install the 9.0 GM. I downloaded the wrong one. I'd now like to now install iOS 9.0.1 release version on my iPhone 5s. I'm fine with losing all content on the device. Can someone help me with the steps?

Sure:

1. Make sure that you're using the latest version of iTunes.
2. Turn off your iPhone and leave it off.
3. Plug in your iPhone's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
4. Hold down the Home button on your iPhone as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
5. When you see this screen, release the Home button. If you don't try steps 2 through 4 again.
6. When your iPhone is connected, iTunes will open. You'll see a message saying that iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
7. Accept iTunes's prompts to restore. Restoring in recovery mode will erase your iPhone, but it will now be back on iOS 9.0
8. You then wait to be propmted to update to 9.0.1

I posted them just above already. After step 8, you can try to restore to any backups you have.

what am i suppose to choose for my "restore back up"? what if i chose this certain back up, will that lead me to going back to public beta?

No. You'll stay on 9.0 until you accept to update (and it would be good to update to 9.0.1, which is not a beta). To be completely removed from the Beta program, follow these steps after restoring to your backup:

1. Unenroll from the Beta Program by going to https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenroll and use the link at the bottom.
2. Go to Settings > General > Profiles. Select Apple Beta Profile, scroll down and hit delete, then yes on the confirmation. (if there's no Profiles option then you don't need to worry about this step)
3. Just in case your iDevice already downloaded the iOS 9.1 update, check Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage. If you see the iOS 9.1 beta there then select it and delete.
4. Restart your iDevice

there was no "iOS 9.1 beta" on my storage, what does that mean?

It's a good thing - like it said, that was only a "just in case". So are you restored to iOS 9.0 now?

went to software update and it says there that "iOS 9.1 Your software is up to date" so i think im not in iOS 9.0 yet

You'll need to read my posts carefully if you want it to go well. The 4-step post was for after you had restored with the 8-step post and restored to backup.

Thanks for your answer. It solved the issue for the original poster.

I decided to take a different approach. I did the following:

1. Download iOS 9.0.1 here: https://developer.apple.com/ios/download/

2. Connect my iPhone 5s (with iOS 9.1 beta 1 installed) to my Mac.

3. In iTunes, hold the option key down, click on "Restore iPhone…" and open the ipsw file I downloaded.

All data was removed from the iPhone. It was like a new iPhone running iOS 9.0.1. It worked fine for me.
