10.10.1 beta keeps locking up then logs me out? anyone else?

Copy-paste the following into Terminal and then post all the output back here - it should help see what the problem is:

kextstat | grep -v com.apple ; ls -1 /Library/Extensions/ ; ls -1 /Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/ ; ls -1 /Library/Application\ Support/EltimaSyncMate/ ; ls -1 /System/Library/Extensions/
