I have used personal name to activate account of apple developer cause of my card id.
But i want to publish my apps in different developer name. How can i make this.

You are the legal entity responsible for the app. Your legal name will always be displayed.
If you register a bona fide business (not just something you made up), then the legal registered business name can be displayed instead. That's the only way. When you request to change your developer account from individual to company, Apple will require legal proof that the company exists.
