Invalid Toolchain error with Xcode 7.0.1, too

I'm rather late to the party of Upload issues that ensued with the GM release, but I'm also having problems submiting to iTunes Connect.

I'm getting the dreaded "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and iOS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software." This is a build that got through validation in XCode and the initial upload to iTunes Connect, but it fails immediately on submit.

While I got this while running the XCode 7.1 beta (it caught my use of Beta 1 when I first uploaded for testflight testing), I'm also getting it on the live version of XCode, 7.0.1 (7A1001), running on Yosemite 10.10.5

Inspecting my .ipa more closely, DPPlatform Build and DTSDKBuild are reporting as 13A340, which was the version number for the 9.0 SDK release -- I'd expect a higher version for the 9.0.1 SDK (13A404).

This seems to be a bug in either the validator, or in XCode reporting the wrong SDK version. It seems to be looking up 13A340 and deciding it's supposed to be 0700 rather than 0701, so flags this as a beta.

File radars on bugreport.apple.com and cross your fingers somebody cares.

Meanwhile, I've downloaded Xcode 7.0 from http://developer.apple.com/downloads/ and submitted a build with that.

Direct download link: Xcode_7.dmg

Same issue. I sent email, filled a bug report. I hope it gets fixed soon

Same versions of OSX and XCode as you.

At this time i can send to review process.

I don't know if the issue are resolve in itune store or if when i remove the test flight test (wait a few minutes) and resend app to review.

Please check that and comment to know what happend

This now works for me. Seems Apple updates their systems. I can now submit the same binary just fine.

Just uploaded without any problems. Issue was solved by Apple pretty fast.
Thanks everyone!

Another dev on our team retried the submission this morning from XCode 7.0 and was successful.

Fixed for me too. Whew.

I'm still getting the error. Just tried to submit for review immediately before this post.

I was able to submit a new build I'd made with the 7.0.1 toolchain (App Store install of 7.0.1 on Yosemite) last night.

same issue

both 7.0 and 7.0.1

El Capitan 10.11.1 (15B22c)

seems like the problem caused by that fact that i'm using beta version of Mac OS

I've opened a ticket with Apple. We'll see what happens.

I have that problem. How stupid is that !. Running a beta of OS X 10.11.1 has nothing to with iOS app submission. All that is important is that you are using a XCode GM.

Same problem here as well using the latest version of Xcode (7.0.1) and running El Capitan 10.11.1.

I hope that they either fix the problem or publish a gm/final for 10.11.1 since downgrading is not possible and reinstalling takes a lot of time.

Same Issue Here. This is painful.

Same issue here.
