We've recently begun testing an app internally and followed the instructions at http://help.apple.com/deployment/ios/#/apda0e3426d7 for wireless installation. It worked fine for myself and another developer, but our other associates who are not developers are not able to install. They simply get a message that says "'App Name' could not be installed at this time". I've ensured their devices are provisioned and included in the Ad Hoc distribution profile but no matter what settings I change in XCode, the app continues to install on two of our devices and nobody elses. We do not have an Enterprise level account.
Help!
