The App was rejected for Beta testing because of the following reason:
2.3 - Apps that do not perform as advertised by the developer will be rejected

We attempted to review your app but were unable to install the app on an iPhone. The UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities key in the Info.plist is set in such a way that the app will not install on an iPhone.
My Concern:
I pushed Breezing (V 2.0.3, Build 1.4.1) to the AppStore on September 28th.
The build got approved for testing.
I commented few lines of code and pushed a new build ( V2.0.3, build 1.4.4 ) to the AppStore on September 30th.
This build has been rejected for testing and the reason mentioned was to correct my Required Device Capabilities.

here was no change in Device Required Capabilities in both the builds. Could anyone provide insights on what caused this issue.
