IOS 9.4 Beta installed today and Touchscreen on iphone 5c wouldn't work Correctly. I would touch for safari and the App Store Would Open or the phone or anything, it was randomly opening anything. The only way to kind of get my iphone working again was to push the lock screen button and press home button swipe screen and fight with it until I Reset All, Restore from icloud Backup, iphone working again.
