Can't save changes to screenshots

Hello,


Since yesterday I can't save changes that I make to screenshots of my app in iTunes connect.


I've created a new app and tried to submit it to review. But when I make changes to my screenshots I'm receiving the error message:

"We're temporarily unable to save your changes. Please try again later."

I'm receiving this error since 16 hours and tried it several times.


I've tried it with the latest versions of Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I've also cleared cache and cookies. I'm always receiving the same error message. So it can't be a browser issue.


Does anybody has an idea what I can do?

There is a bug. But you can update the screenshots following this trick: On iTunes connect app screen, don't try yo update your screenshots from the primary (main) language screen, go to your second localization and try to update them. Also these changes affect to the primary (main) language.

It seems that they have fixed the bug. I was now able to make changes to my screenshots and save them without any errors.
