Does editing keywords or screenshots after the app was submitted for review delay the time it takes for the app to get approved?

I submitted my app to be reviewed eight days ago. Before it took six days to be reviewed and now this wait time is unsusual. It's not too big of a deal but I am just wondering that since I kepted editing my keywords and changed my sceen shots it could of restarted or delayed my app from getting reviewed. Is this possible?

I doubt it.

Some outside factors are most likely delaying it from hitting review, that's all. Could be part of the team went for training, maybe the queue filled up suddenly.

Take the time to study docs and work on your next version or new app.
