I just want to ask if there is an option to make an (1) app free for other countries whilst paid for other countries? Or do we need two builds for different apps?

There are 'free' apps and 'paid' apps that sell for zero. Which is yours?
You can try to get away with two same apps, but you can't pick and choose pricing country-by-country. In the end, tho, you may have difficulty getting past review with such a scheme.
An IAP scheme may be a solution, but keep in mind that not all apps are available in all countries. and you haven't yet told exactly what type of app you have in this example, so....
You can't change the price tier of the app on a country by country basis.
One interesting idea is to detect the country within the app (I do not know how to do that but you may) and to unlock certain code based on the country. Then in the countries where the code remains locked, make that locked code unlockable through an IAP available only in those countries.
I mean there is only one app. Is there a way for me to make it free for specific countries and paid for others? If it is not possible, the only way to achieve this kind of situation is building two separate apps?
