My iPhone 6 shows as "ineligible" in Xcode as a build target for my personal app. I have it enrolled in the iOS 9 Beta Software testing program and have that profile installed. Is that what's preventing me from using it?

Which version Xcode? How many devices do you have registered in the Member Center?
It's Xcode 7.0.1
Under Devices->All, I see 3 devices, one of which is grayed out. None of them are my current device.
Aha! Now I see the "+" icon in the Member Center and was able to enroll my device. lol Thanks!
