itunesconnect error

Same thing is happening to me. I too have not received a reply from Apple after sending them an email. It is very frustrating.

I'm located in The Netherlands and I've still not heard anything. You're right, it's very frustrating! I have an app update I'm attempting to get out but cannot since I don't have access to itunes connect.

Keeping in mind how brittle the backend tends to be...for apps that are ready for upload, have you tried Application Loader?

Not sure how you were able to upload to the Store via iTunes, tho.

I have the same issue, e-mailed them and got a question back about my configuration, browser version, etc.... But from the error message you get from iTunes connect and attach to the mail you send, it is clearly a server side error, saying that the server have found more users with the same ID and runs into an error.

For me the followings are not working: App management, Users and Roles. What is interesting that Apple ID password reset also does not work.

I will keep you updated if I get more answers, but I guess the problem will disappear from one day to the other without further info.

Member center is just down. So when it is back, it should help, I hope.

Finally it is stopped showing this error message. All functions are back to normal.
