Cellular network download size limit

Hello all,

I uploaded my latest binary and found the uploaded size was 104MB in size. I did not notice this and submitted the app for review, and did not recieve any emails about the binary size being too large. I need to make sure the app can be downloaded over cellular data, so I canceled the review process. I realized I was including the symbol files (the ipa file had the "Symbols" folder within it, alongsize the "Payload "folder).

I decided to regrenerate the ipa file but not include the symbol files. The size of the uploaded ipa file was 77.1MB. When I submited this updated version for review I reived an email from iTunesConnecty stating: "Dear developer, The app binary listed below was 77.1 MB when you submitted it, but will be 105.1 MB once processed for the App Store. This exceeds the cellular network download size limit and would require your app to be downloaded over Wi-Fi:"

This somewhat confused me as that's quite a large jump from 77.1MB to 105MB.

Additionally, ipa files for previous updates to the app were around 80 - 96 MB in size, and there were not warnings about going over the 100MB limit.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it possible be that iTunesConnect is a little confused, and is checking the original 104MB binary vs the 77.1MB binary?
