Anyone able to submit to App Store?

I just opened case 968732093 at iTunes Connect support, describing the problem including a reference to this forum thread.

Reload the activity page and see if they show up. Mine do now after iTunes Connect went down for a sec.

Still don't see a button to submit for review so I'm still stuck at "Prepare for Submission"

How long was your binary in processing?

Also interestingly, on the "Activity" tab the "Ratings" page doesn work saying it is unable to process the request.

I uploaded a whole bunch this morning (3-4 hours ago) and now all of a sudden they all show up.

Ok, I see it waiting for submission under the activity tab.

However, I wasn't able to add it using the + button.

I think something is updating right now, whenever I click on "Prepare for Submission" under the App Store tab it boots be out saying unable to process request.

try it again, I was able to add a rating.

I'm getting the same error when trying to submit an iOS app compiled with 7.1. Apparently you can't submit iOS apps with the 7.1 GM either.

Can see my builds anymore. Also whenever I try to go to "Prepare for Submission" under "App Store", I get booted out to the main page saying it can't complete my request. Anyone else?

I can only see it under Activity - App Store Versions.

I can get to "Prepare for Submission".

They could be working on iTunes on and off.

Submit for review button is now up.

after clicking submit, I got the following error:

Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and Apple TV OS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software.

You need to download XCode 7.1 final from the Mac App store and build with that. You can't use the 7.1 beta.
