Anyone able to submit to App Store?

Anyone? None of my builds are showing up under iTunes Connect. I'm on the Xcode 7.1 GM.

Mine's still processing.

But you can see it right? I uploaded mine using the GM, saw that it was processing for a few minutes, and then it disappeared. I tried uploading again but now I don't see anything.

When I used application loader I got this message: INFO ITMS-90111: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and Apple TV OS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software."

I'm on the GM forsure and I even tried removing the old beta.

Also, if I try to select a build on the "App Store" tab or select "External Testing" in the TestFlight tab, I get stuck at the loading circle.

Yes, I can see it. It's been processing for about 10 minutes now.

Did you upgrade OSX too? There was a new update that appeared with XCode GM.

Gotcha. Do you mind posting back when if it works or something changes?

Havn't updated OSX. Will try that too.

Sure, no problem.

I have exactly the same issue for the tvOS version of my app.

I did a Build/Archive with the new Xcode and Submit to App Store. It failed with status "you are not authorized to use this service". I had the same problem with Xcode 7.1 Beta 3 and using Application Loader was the proven workaround, so I tried to upload with Application Loader instead. There I got the same message you received: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and Apple TV OS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software."

The App showed up in iTunes Connect as "processing". A few minutes later it was gone.

The following pages in iTunes Connect no longer load:

- Activity / tvOS / All Builds

- Test Flight / Testing / External Testing

- Test Flight / Test Flight Builds / tvOS

- App Information / tvOS / Select Build

No error is displayed in iTunes Connect, it just spins endlessly. Checking the browser console reveals an internal server error: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)"

JSON response is always pretty much this:

{"data":null,"messages":{"warn":null,"error":["operation_failed"],"info":null},"statusCode":"ERROR"}

The iOS version uploaded without a problem with Xcode 7.1.

Itunes Connect will probably go offline at some point and then the submit button should appear

same here. Uploaded, but there're no builds to see.

Thanks for your reply! What you described is exactly what I went through. Sounds like something on Apple's end then?

I updated to the latest OSX version, before submitting the app. Still experienced the same problem.

I couldnt use the application loader at all...gave some message about service unavailable. Also developer.apple.com was down.
Now it's up again...

Something's up!

Okay I can see my builds now and select one, but I don't see the "Submit for Review" button anywhere.

Same issues... Uploading a GM-compiled build resulted in the usual "processing" step for a couple of minutes before my build list emptied-out entirely. Trying to select a build for my tvOS version, currently in the state of "prepare for submission" results in being stuck at an endless "twirly". Interestly, builds are still making it through processing because they're still showing up on-device in TestFlight.

Anyone able to submit to App Store?
