I'm having the same issue.

Facing same issue here. Have anyone resolve it somehow?

I ran into this with all Keychain prompts, finally discovered it was an issue with 10.11.1 and using Apple Remote Desktop. Basically you need to be physically present to click Allow or it will just ignore the input and spit that into the logs. It might also be a 3rd party app such as Alfred which appear to take "control" of the dialog box and block the allow action.

I found the solution to the problem. Just call the apple developer program number (1 800 633 2152). Then the problem will magically go away. 🙂

Have the same issue and I'm stuck

The current driver for Wacom Tablets (6.3.15-2) seems to be an "untrusted source". I have to disconnect the tablet, then i can change keychain objects.
