Expedited review for a Halloween-themed tvOS application?

Our app is software that specifically supports the "Haunted Attraction" industry and "home haunters" everywhere who want to make cool things for neighborhood trick-or-treaters. It would be awesome if we could get our application released quickly so that people who get their AppleTV before Halloween, since the vast majority of our sales of our app on other platforms happens in the few days before Halloween.

Is there a way to ask Apple for an expedited review to try to get our app approved for the Halloween haunting season?

The Apple TV goes on sale October 26. You can ask for an expedited review on iTunes connect, but it's likely many users may not receive their Apple TVs in time for Halloween anyway, depending on time to ship.

were you able to submit the app? For some reason, my app keeps getting errors

No version found for 'adamId - platform' (XXXXXXX-Apple TV OS). If this problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact your Apple representative.

Hi.

I had a similar error when trying to upload my iOS app. Finally I used "Application Loader 3.1" instead of Xcode. It is important to use 3.1 of Application Loader. 3.0 did not work and also 3.3 (part of Xcode) did not work for me.
