In Itunes Connect, In TestFlight Section after selecting the build for internal testing and if i click in Start Testing, I am getting an error as Operation_failed. Any body facing similar? If yes, can somebody please help me out whats the reason of this error.
TestFlight Operation_failed
I can also confirm that it just worked for me also. Good luck all
Hi. Did you upload a new build to make it work?
No an older build I already build worked. I just uploaded a new build and will try it again to set it live once its processed. I should note that uploading via xcode does not work still and I needed Application Loader
+1.
phew....
Still broken here. But I would say they are working on it, the error message changed from a generic "Operation_failed" to a much more explicative "Build post failure" >: /
Yep, Same here.
Ok, finally it's working here when trying to enable an iOS build for external testers that i uploaded friday from Application Loader 3.0 build with Xcode 7.1
Working for internal & external now for us, using the same build I uploaded on Saturday (XCode 7.1)
Can confirm working for us as well. Didn't have to submit any new builds. All existing builds that were uploaded previously started working for internal and external testing.
Finally it started working. Apple fixed this issue. Yes, no need to upload new build, just select the existing version and you can start tetsing.
Works now. Communication on this issue and reported bug should be enhanced by Apple.
you will probably receive an error if you test your app.
Xcode 7.1 and iOS 9.1
for solution:
- your project -> targets -> your app -> build settings -> build options -> enable bitcode: No
- clean and build
- upload again to the itunes connect
and start internal testing.
this works for me. i hope it helped.
more information about enable bitcode are available in this answer.
Same here. Please makre sure we can release.
I have just tried again and its now working. Not sure if i did anything to trigger it.
I did notice that when I click start testing, the screen changes for a split second to show two radio buttons, I managed to click the one for the current build and it didn't do the operation_failed thing.
Maybe Apple have sorted it, or maybe it was because I quickly clicked on the radio button.
I set the build as not available for testing and then back again to test it, seems fine now.
Maybe this will help someone else
Last night worked here in Berlin. Good Luck
