"Untrusted Developer" -- make it go away

Hi, we purchased Enterprise Developer. But after the user downloads and installs the application they can't run it. Instead they get the dreaded "Untrusted Developer" message. To solve this they have to know how to trust an application. So far this has been a nightmare for us. Is there a way to make the "Untrusted Developer" message go away? Would MDM do this? Would any MDM solution work?

If an Enterprise in-House app is installed on the device, because MDM sent a command to install it, then the trust is implied, and the user doesn't get the dialog.

Its only when a user self-installs an enterprise signed App they see it.

MDM can also block users from installing enterpise signed Apps - so the only ones on the devices are ones MDM installed.
