Unable to Download App

My external Testflight users are getting the error "Unable to Download App: "[app name]" could not be installed at this dine." with Done or Retry options.


iTunes Connect reports everything is fine, though this is a new build that was added last night.


Is there any way I can fix this? Here is a radar: rdar://23296795

I should add that previous builds were working fine. This is a new failure.

Have any of them had prior success?


Are they trying to download via an email link using gmail?


If so, maybe then can see if Apple Mail works better.
