No "notified", No app in TestFlight

I pushed a new version for beta testing. I checked sever times to see if all the users would have "notified" by there names. None did/do. Two testers have installed now. Still no notified on the other testers. I also have testflight on an iPad for me to test the TestFlight process. I have the email telling me about the new beta, but I don't see it with the other apps being tested. I can connect the iPad up via usb and install it that way, but why isn't it showing in TestFlight?

I partially fixed this by adding a new user in external testers then forwarded the email from that invite to my email account, Clicked on the Start Testing link and it then added it to my test flight app. I tried using a past Start Testing link, but it said it had aleady been used. There should be a Send Invite button for any user so this can be done easier.

Note: This is for external testing.

Hmmm... Must be a current problem:

One of the answers as of Oct 23, 2015:

"According Apple tech support on the phone, this is a known issue they're working on which is affecting more than my account ( the builds not showing up in TestFlight, and the spinners without loading)."

Please fix this and get TestFlight out of Beta - Thanks Apple
