now its been two days still iTunes Sales and Trend have not updated. Have anybody noticed that. ? Is that because end of financial year of Apple. ?
iTunes sales and trend update late. anybody have notices?
I think it's more likely due to the rollout of the tvOS app store.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that yes, one or two developers may have noticed 😀
So you go on a limb but you have noticed the problem 😁
the sales report via the iTunes app is now working for Friday the 30. ... but the numbers it's showing are totally off and low. Anyone else having this problems?
yes. i have noticed
I have both tvOS and iOS. And iOS are in Zero value, this is very strange because in 3 years I never got zero value on iOS apps !
Yeah it's still messed up. I know some of us regular posters on here usually preach patience with all aspects of iTunes Connect, but this tvOS launch has been worse than usual, if that's possible.
I don't know why I even bother to check the stats. It's not like I can do anything about it anyway - can't even send out a link to an iTunes page for the app. Since my app wasn't featured, with basically no way to promote it, I fully expect sales numbers in the single digits.
Yes same here - extremely low numbers - definately wrong
I rarely use iTC to check those stats...long time now because I got tired of it lagging and being a pain to use, etc. Instead, I use AppAnnie, especially for daily reports.
I just received Friday's numbers that show a big revenue jump, as an example, so it's one day behind, which makes me agree that Apple might be holding all Sat. numbers because of tvOS - perhaps to avoid bad news if those are poor?
Maybe iTC simply can't handle a time change...
My iOS numbers for 10/31 are currently being reported as zero in the iTunes Connect app. But the numbers for the same day are being reported as non-zero and even better than typical on the iTunes Connect web site. The two data sources seem to be way out of sync. I'll guess I'll have to wait for the monthly financial reports to determine which set of numbers was more accurate.
