Mismatch between download numbers

For the last 2 or 3 days I have noticed a mismatch between the download numbers reported on iTunes Connect and those displayed in the iTunes Connect App. For example, for 31st October the App says 0 downloads while the webpage reports some hundred (and as my app is ranked under the Top 50 in its category, I tend to believe some hundred downloads are correct).


Anyone else seeing this?

same issue. iTunes connect app says 0, but itunes connect much more. For now app always says updating...

Yes. I found the same mismatch yesterday: iTC app reports zero, web site numbers closer to normal..


Also, the format of a recent downloaded daily Summary Sales Reports seems to have changed slightly, where some extra leading or trailing space character padding was added. Perhaps the iTC app (or it's back-end web API) hasn't been updated to follow this change in report format?

Hi guys Same here, showing 0 downloads in the App and 102 on iTC... How are we to know that our downloads are even being counted properly for our sales £££? This happened last month for a couple of days as well. Anyone closer to any answers?
